Pot plants
Well. Mrs W and I decided that it was time to put some pot plants on our balcony. It has been a while since we moved in and we have not done anything on the balcony yet. So below are the images from our work today.
Easter Sunday run
Had a great run today and I was able to push my weekly distance run too 9.5km. Not bad after a few months of trying to run 3 times a week. Coming along nicely.
Good Friday run
Happy Easter weekend all. My the chocolates be good and bountiful. Had a nice run today and made good progress on time for 3.2 km. Now need to start upping the distance.

Morning run
Damn. It feels good to be able to run properly again. The chest is great and the breathing is awesome. Nice distance and now I need to up the game and do those numbers during the week and then on the weekend do some higher numbers.
New friends

Small evening run
Getting back into the running again. Chest is good, legs are good and back is good. Sound like an old man here.
Morning run
Damn that was tough but I did the entire run in less than 6.58/km which is great considering I have not run for over a week due to a messed up chest. It was great to be running again though.
