Run last night
Wow. I have to admit it is tough to get back into running after you have had flu. Your chest is tight and breathing is not perfect BUT I did it and ran 3.10km.
It was a good run and I actually felt good afterwards ( even though mentioned above it was tough). Also interesting that I have only been running 3 times a week for the last month and not being able to run was actually quite annoying. I’m
Sounding like a mad crazy runner but I’m enjoying the contemplation time and how it makes me feel. Also consuming the Diet PHD Whey to help with muscle recovery which appears to be helping and not building muscle bulk either.
