Running
Well. I have started to run again and was able to manage 3 runs this week (2.5km and 2.6 during the week and then 3.4km today). It is great to be running again after my leg issues last year. This was today’s run:
As a side note I’m have started to use Whey Protein to help with muscle recovery after each run but not for muscle mass growth.
Loving it and the times will get better as well as the distance.
